Situation:
Winter Park is one of Central Florida’s highest net worth areas located in a very established neighborhood. As the City of Winter Park started developing a technology plan they realized they would benefit from the advice and counsel of a technology partner. ESQ was selected.
Problem:
The City was in a growth mode and increased technology sophistication was required to keep pace with escalating needs. Specific issues included access, Web site hosting and related technology support issues. ESQ concluded that sufficient support was not in place to meet the demands for growth.
Solution:
